Голикова отметила на заседании межведомственной группы по национальному проекту «Здоровье» и демографической политике при Совете президента Российской Федерации по реализации приоритетных национальных проектов и демографической политике, что август 2009 года показал увеличение населения России на одну тысячу человек. - En Francais cela donne que en aout 2009 sont décédés 150.700 personnes en Russie, mais il y a eu 151.700 naissances, la population pour la première fois en 15 ans augmente (même si c'est seulement de 1.000 habitants).

Je me demande bien pourquoi la nouvelle (surprenante si l'on lit les journaux ou il nous est repétés en permanence que la population Russe baisse de 700.000 habitants / an n'est reprise nul part ...
I wonder why i hardly find the news on the net today, maybe it's linked to the fact that we always read newspapers explaining us how the demographic situation in Russia is catastrophic ?
Refering to this graphic, if population growth is continuing, this is "far" from catastrophic ...
